1. Ensure that you have filled in the fields below with the following information:

• User Name: ENTER SCHOOL CODE* – please be sure to denote your division after your school code (-primary, -secondary) (e.g. school code-primary OR school code-secondary OR school code-dla) *dla = Different Learning Abilities
• Password: At the discretion of the teacher
• Repeat password
• First Name: ENTER TEACHER’S FIRST NAME
  
• Last Name: ENTER TEACHER’S LAST NAME
  
• Email: ENTER TEACHER’S EMAIL
  
• Mailing address: ENTER SCHOOL ADDRESS

*Primary and Secondary Schools need to be registered separately and remember to denote with their division using a hyphen to separate the school code and division (-primary or -secondary, or dla) – Due to the character limit in the field we have allocated each school a specific code in this list. If your school does not appear in the list, please contact us.

e.g. cis-primary, cis-secondary, hkis-primary, hkis-secondary…etc
