Literary submissions are to be uploaded to our database by February 10th, 2012 at 6pm (GMT +8).
Cover Art submissions must be sent to us via post and are due in our offices by February 15th, 2012. The submission must be post marked on or before February 10th, 2012.
Please be reminded that each division (Primary, Secondary, or Different Learning Abilities) can submit up to 10 entries and 5 Cover Art entries (if applicable).
We require electronic submissions for literary works to be uploaded on to our online database – http://www.ppp.com.hk/ojs.
Electronic Submissions:
1. Once you have registered yourself, you will receive a notification email. Please notify us if you have not received one. If you haven’t registered, please see instructions on how to register.
2. When you log in, you will be able to START A NEW SUBMISSION; click on that link and follow the steps for submission.

Here is a step-by-step guide
Step 1: Starting the Submission
- There is a pull down menu listing each category. Please select the appropriate category to upload your submission. Each entry must be submitted individually.
- Please make sure you have ticked all the items in the “Submission Checklist”.
- When completed click “Save and continue”

Step 2: Entering the Submission’s Metadata
The first and last names should be of the STUDENTS. In the affiliation section – fill in your school name and fill in the appropriate title for the submission. An abstract is not required.
- Please ignore the “Supporting Agencies” section

Step 3: Uploading the Submission
- Select the file to be uploaded from your computer and be sure to click UPLOAD before you “Save and continue”, otherwise the submission will not go through.

Please note: every page of literary work must carry the Student’s Group Category, Title and Page Number in the header.

Step 4: Uploading Supplementary Files
- Omit this whole section as no supplementary files are required. Save and continue.
Step 5: Confirming the Submission

- In this section you will be able to view the submissions you have successfully uploaded.
- To complete this process click “Finish Submission”.
HARD COPY SUBMISSIONS FOR COVER ART:
- Each school is allowed to have 5 entries. Each submission must include a Cover Sheet.
- Cover Art must be of A3 size, portrait orientation.
- Cover Art must not carry the Author’s Name, Student’s Group Category, Title and Page Number.
- All Cover Art submissions must be postmarked by February 10th, 2012.
- We must receive the hard copy submissions by February 15th, 2012.

To complete the submission process:
- Once the electronic submissions have been uploaded, please send one email to hkywa2012@ppp.com.hk by 6pm (GMT +8) on February 10th, 2012 and attach a completed entry form with the email. This will ensure that we have received all your entries and added them to our database.
*If your school is submitting both COVER ART and LITERARY entries, you may send all the information in one notification email with the completed entry forms.
